Hey guys, welcome back to a new blog. We started really early this morning because we have to cover 800 km by road. it is going to be a hell of the road trip.

We got our breakfast and we had a dosa that moring traditional style, it was literally the best I ever tasted. then we got our luggage at the back of our car and we were all set to get the groove back on the road, with my headphone jacked in my ear and the endless road finally began.

In the first part of our journey, we enjoyed a lot, played some indoor games as truth and dare and sang a lot of songs. After I guess 2 to 3 hr we all were tired and nodded off a bit.

When I woke up it was already time for lunch. We just stopped at a random restaurant we could find on the road as we all were hungry AF! . after that we got back on our car and the journey continued.
the landscape started to change.

From the cold mountains wind I could feel the timid air of the sea and as the mountains disappeared into the vast ocean it became more evident how diversified Kerala really was.

It was starting to get dark and save for the sunset there was a little tint of brightness in the sky. the sky was painted a mixed hue of purple, red and pink.

We finally reached the city of the town of Lord ANANTHA.

It was around 7 pm that we checked into our hotel rooms. We were tired from sitting back in the car so we decided to go for a walk around our hotel and see if we get something to fill our belly with.

We walked around till 10 pm and found a great little place to have our dinner.
the next day we had an early start so we decided to call it a night.

the next morning we woke up and the first place on our list was Padmanabhaswamy Temple.
Whenever any documentary was shown on Kerala tourism this place was on the top of the list so I had to go to this place.

when we reached near the temple I could see it from a distance. the temple speaks of the culture and architecture of Kerala and moreover, it is really spiritually enlighting.

Inside of the temple was even more grandeur and truly magnificent, and my words are being cut short by the majestic design and beauty so I will put a picture for you all. I hope it does the justice to how beautiful the temple is.

Next up was the Napier Museum, Kerala which was formed after independence was the unification of three princely states Travancore, Cochin, and Malabar on a common language Malayalam.

The museum throws open your vision to centuries before and after Kerala was formed it depicts the relation with Tamil Nadu and the kingdoms there. shows how Jainism and Buddhism were prominent once in Kerala.

After that, it was around 4pm so we decided to have the lunch as we were very hungry. the last place on our list was Shankumugham Beach.

The evening was supposed to be relaxing and we all relaxed too well on the beach just watching the sunset at the far and we all forgot where we were at the moment and for the first time, I guess the whole group was quite as we all were mesmerized by the view and the air of the ocean.

Then we got back to our hotel and decided to call it a day and got our dinner and went back to sleep.
At the end of each day, I guess we slept like a log.

The next day was are set to go to Alleppey. I hope I wrote the word correct as none of were able to say the word, well I will stop there and not spoil the next blog in which we are going to be devastated.
