5 Haunted Places To Visit In India:

India is truly an amazing place. The beautiful mountains, lakes, oceans, and valleys that act as a whole wonder to whoever visits India. It is a lesser known fact that India is home to some of the scariest and creepy places on earth. Are these places actually haunted? I will leave this question to you. Here is what fact I have gathered and I will just put the fact with no fabrication from my own experiences.

Bhangarh Fort in Alwar, Rajasthan

This is the most horror place in India and the frightening factor is that grave that none other than Archaeological Survey of India approves it and warns people to explore the place after dusk.

Kuldehra, in Jaisalmer

Kuldehra is a deserted and demolished village and considered as a terrifying place in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. It is a tale of vanishing village where a minister called Salim Singh fell for a village girl. In order to protect the girl, nearby 83 villages just disappeared overnight and due to their curse, no one could inhabit Kuldehra ever.

Tunnel No. 33

On the Kalka-Shimla train way is one of the spookiest India haunted places. Captain Barog, a British engineer, was in the supervision of constructing this tunnel but was unsuccessful in doing the same. The British penalized and punished him and he committed suicide consequently. His unhappy spirit is rumored to wander in the tunnel.

Charleville Mansion in Shimla

Charleville Mansion, a century-old deserted castle, was built in the British Era and was rented in 1913 by the British officer Victor Bayley and his wife. But, little did he know that the house was also home to a poltergeist.

Jamali-Kamali Masjid, Delhi

Sharing its boundaries with the Qutub Minar, this archaeological site has more glory to it for its haunted stories. There are numerous tales about the Jinns which are believed to reside within the walls of Jamali- Kamali. People are scared to visit the place with the number of unexplainable phenomena, while few stay here at night to experience the same.
